MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A Western Cape Metro EMS ambulance was involved in an accident on the N2 near PetroSA this morning, Saturday, 31 January.
The Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness said it could confirm that one of its EMS vehicles “was involved in a motor vehicle accident after it struck a cow on the N2 near Mossel Bay”.
According to the department no other vehicles were involved and the EMS vehicle was not transporting a patient at the time of the incident.
“The crew members were not injured, but the EMS vehicle sustained significant damage,” it said.
