MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A George man (49) accused of sexual abuse against minor girls will appear in the Mossel Bay Regional Court later this month.
The trial was expected to begin on Friday 11 July after a lengthy process, but the accused changed his legal representation, leading to a postponement until Thursday 24 July.
The incidents are believed to have occurred in 2021, involving three minor girls.
He is also accused of raping the mother of one of the girls, who was believed to be his girlfriend at the time.
He has remained in police custody since his arrest in 2023.
