MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Two men were murdered in KwaNonqaba recently and the KwaNonqaba police are asking the community to assist with information that may lead to the arrest of the perpetrators in one of the cases.
On Saturday, 16 September, the body of Bantobonke Ndaba (26) was found at approximately 22:30 in Sijaji Street when police responded to a complaint.
When police officers arrived on the scene, the victim was found with one stab wound in the collarbone area on the left.
Ambulance personnel was already attending to the victim, who was declared dead on the scene.
No-one has been arrested yet and police are requesting the community's to provide information.

* In an unrelated incident, a man seems to have died of five stab wounds in the back on 16 September in Mbandezi Street.
The victim, Anele Magewu (33), was found at approximately 17:45 lying on his back in an undeveloped area of KwaNonqaba.
Magewu's body was taken to the Mossel Bay mortuary.
A suspect has appeared in the Mossel Bay magistrate's court and was awarded bail.
The suspect will again appear in court in November. The investigating officer is Wo Moos (044 606 5600).
* The police are investigating a case of attempted murder after a man was hit with a sharp object over the head and suffered an open wound to the head.
The incident happened on 17 September at approximately 02:50 in Barnard Street in Civic Park.
