MOSSEL BAY NEWS - In Ward 12, where two voting stations are set up, one next to Diaz Primary School and another at the Joe Slovo Community Hall, parties contesting the election had their stands set up early this morning.
Voters were a little slower at the polls, given the overcast weather, but nonetheless committed to cast their votes.
