16 injured in Centurion taxi crash

NATIONAL NEWS - Sixteen people suffered injuries on Wednesday morning when a car and a taxi collided in Highveld, Centurion.

Netcare 911 spokesperson Santi Steinmann said paramedics arrived to find that the taxi had crashed against the side of a car at the intersection of John Vorster Drive and Logan Avenue.

“The minibus [taxi] then proceeded to overturn and came to a standstill on its side,” she said.
