Traffic along Mayixhale Road, Mali Street, Bill Jeffrey Drive, Mossel Street, Alhoff Drive and Marsh Street may be affected between 10:00 and 15:00 and motorists are warned to take other routes where possible.
The organisers have indicated that several service delivery issues are at the core of the protest and that a memorandum of grievances will be handed over at the municipality.
At this stage it is unclear who will receive the memorandum.
