Update: Fire truck accident
They were treated at a local hospital for minor injuries.

Update

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The names of the two firefighters injured in an accident were revealed.

 They are firefighters D Wentzel and T Poni. Both were treated at a local hospital for minor injuries until about 24:00 on Saturday, November 23, before being allowed to go home. 

Both the head of Mossel Bay's Fire, Rescue and Disaster Management Services, Joseph Johnston and the community services director, Elize Nel, assisted the firefighters at the hospital.

It is believed that both will be absent on sick leave for about a week.
