MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The term, "Local is lekker", can certainly be used to describe a film being shot in Mossel Bay. The filming started last week.
The script of Mossel Bay - its story has been written by a local, the film is being produced by a documentary maker and filmmaker who lives in town and all the actors are local.
Afrikaans, English and isiXhosa actors are in the cast and these three languages will be spoken in the film.
Residents of Mossel Bay will showcase the history as well as the current way of life in the town. Filming is set to continue for the next three months.
The project director is Dexter Brinkhuis of Dynasty Media.
