MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Mossel Bay Municipality bids a sad goodbye to a special workman for street lights, Eric Jajini (52).
That was his official title at the municipality, where he was a highly respected employee.
Jajini passed away on 1 February.
He served the Mossel Bay Municipality for approximately 20 years in the Electrical Department, where he served with diligence and passion.
Colleagues describe him as always helpful and jovial, disciplined, experienced and technically very good. Jajini is credited as a highly competent employee, who in 2014 ensured that the challenge with the lights at the Thusong Centre in KwaNonqaba was permanently resolved.
He will be remembered as a man who was radiant and full of life, a God-fearing man. Jajini leaves his wife Eunice and three children - two sons and a daughter.
"Mossel Bay Municipality will fondly remember and miss a good team player," a spokesperson for the municipality said.
