MOSSEL BAY NEWS - One man has died in an accident on the corner of Louis Fourie Road and Essenhout Street.
Police say the incident happened at around 01:00 on 31 July.
A preliminary investigation suggests that two vehicles collided and both lanes of Louis Fourie were closed to traffic. Furthermore, two males and four females, who sustained light injuries were taken to hospital for treatment.
Another collision, involving only one vehicle occurred in Marsh Street in the proximity of Cuff Street last night, 31 July. Only one person was involved in the collision and sustained light injuries.
The scene was cleared but an area in front of the former Standard Bank building, corner of Cuff and Marsh Streets, has been cordoned off. A concrete pole was destroyed in the collision.
