Nurses are celebrated once a year on the anniversary of Florence Nightingale's birth, when thanks is given for the selfless work they do to comfort, aid and assist patients on their way to recovery.
This year the nurses and nursing management of Life Bay View Hospital reiterated their nursing oath in celebration of their commitment to help save lives and improve health and wellbeing. World Nurses' Day was on Sunday, 12 May.
