Diary of a Marlin lifeguard
The lifeguards start with the physical section of their training first, where they have to do 30 push-ups and 50 sit-ups.

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Members of Marlin Lifesaving Club in Mossel Bay have been training hard at Santos Beach for the lifesaving national championships, taking place from 30 March until 5 April in Gqeberha.

They also took part in an endurance competition on Saturday, 28 January.
