MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Mossel Bay Municipality and Western Cape Department of Human settlements will host an open day for residents to assess whether they qualify as beneficiaries for affordable housing.

Residents with a gross monthly income of between R3 500 and R22 000, who never before have owned a property, are invited to the Affordable Housing Beneficiary Readiness Open Day on 14 September.

The event takes place at the old power station, now the human resources department of the municipality at Santos Beach from 09:00 to 16:00.

Presentations will take place every hour; everyone interested may choose a convenient slot to attend.

Several options of affordable housing are available to first-time home buyers.
