Taxi rank area filthy
A member of the public contacted the Mossel Bay Advertiser, complaining that the taxi rank area in the town centre, between Marsh and Montagu Street, is dirty and litter-strewn. The Advertiser went to take photographs of the area. The municipality has an uphill battle trying to keep this part of town clean. Just after it has been cleaned, which is daily, it is dirtied again.
