MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Point High School's annual staff concert is taking place on Thursday and Friday, 22 and 23 March.

Don't miss the opportunity to see the teachers and other personnel strutting their stuff on stage and unabashedly making fools of themselves.

The concert will take the form of a melodrama. 

The glitsy poster for the concert states there will be "song and dance by Point personnel" and also gives the pledge: "We will rock you". Who can resist such a promise? 

Remember, We will rock you is a song written by legendary Queen musician Brian May. That is where the saying comes from.

Freddie Mercury was the king - er Queen - of melodrama. His crazy videos are masterpieces, "so Point staff, we are expecting the best, but no pressure on you ..."

Jokes aside, the show promises to be tons of fun and who knows - perhaps there are some undiscovered artistes among the Point staff.

Prepare yourself for the fabulously fun Point staff concert.

Tickets cost R50 for adults and R30 for children.

The concert takes place at 18:00 for 18:30 on both days. There will be a tuckshop, so bring some extra cash.
