MOSSEL BAY NEWS - He discovered a love for the piano at age five. At 10 he held his first public performance. He was 13 when he performed with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra under Zubin Mehta. At 14 he attended the prestigious Julliard School in New York.
This is Gustavo Romero - internationally renowned for his technical brilliance and interpretative depth.
The Mossel Bay Arts Society warmly invites lovers of fine music to attend this genius pianist's recital which will include works by Mompou, Scarlatti, Abéniz and Mussorgsky.
The recital takes place at 19:30 on Thursday, 3 August at the Dias Museum.
Doors open at 18:45.

Entrance is R80 for members of the society, R100 for non-members and R20 for scholars.
Membership of the Arts Society amounts to R100 per person for the year and can be obtained at the concert.
