GREAT BRAK NEWS AND VIDEOS - Attendees of the glitzy and glamorous Great Brak Cabaret had a feast of entertainment last week as a variety of artists performed.

The cabaret was presented twice at De Dekke restaurant, on the nights of 29 and 30 May.

The annual show, to raise funds for local charities, always attracts a capacity audience. 

This year the show was called Night of the Suiderkruis Stars and performers and audience members certainly sparkled in their glittery outfits. 

Elvis Pressley (Fef Gericke) and Marilyn Monroe (Wendy Malan) impersonations, cabaret dancers, popular singers Jannie Moolman, Zanah-Lee Stanley, Petronel Baard and Anton Bouwer and more acts made the cabaret a resounding success. 

The organisers promised an unforgettable night in support of two vital causes, CAWS 4 PAWS animal welfare charity and the Child Welfare SA Great Brak branch, and they certainly lived up to this, with R50 000 being raised, to be divided between the two.
