MOSSEL BAY NEWS - On Saturday, 31 August, the pigeons of the Mossel Bay Eden Pro Racing Pigeon Club were released at Leeugamka, 157km, from Mossel Bay.
The pigeons were freed at 07:17 in perfect weather conditions. At 09:15, a pigeon of Janet Gray of A&J Gray Lofts clocked in first.
The pigeons of Allen Gray of A&J Gray Lofts clocked in second and third.
This was an outstanding racing performance by A&J Gray Lofts, which also took the first three places in the Four Bird Sevens Series.
In the Novice Four Bird Sevens Series, it was Masood Ryklief's pigeon that clocked in first, followed by Deon Fortuin's in second place and Greg Blaauw's in third place.
