GREAT BRAK RIVER NEWS - Great Brak River Police will continue to patrol the area where four armed men were spotted inside the fence of a game farm late yesterday afternoon.
Police spokesperson sergeant Chantel Marais says police officers were deployed to the scene after a motorist saw the suspected rhino poachers walking in the field.
Marais says the suspects allegedly ran away when they realised that they were seen.
She says police are also on the lookout for a silver vehicle that was seen parked next to the game fence at the Kleinvlei Road near Friemersheim.
In the meantime, the George public order police were also deployed to the area.
Marais says police have found footprints of the suspects and will continue their patrols today.
