MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A 74-year-old pedestrian died in hospital after sustaining multiple injuries in an accident in Mossel Bay this week.
The police spokesperson for the Southern Cape, Warrant Officer Chris Spies, said according to reports available at this stage, on Friday 30 January at about 06:30 the man “was hit by a taxi on the corner of 11th Avenue and Louis Fourie Road”.
“A post-mortem to determine the cause of death will be conducted. Mossel Bay Police opened a case of culpable homicide for further investigation. No arrests have been made,” said Spies.
