Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Three men appeared in the Mossel Bay Regional Court on Tuesday, 15 April, in connection with the murder in 2024 of Extension 13 resident, Chivago Fillies (31).
Jemandry Braaff (20), Ushere Apdol (19) and Aubrey Junior Nickleo Mentoor (19) are charged with the murder of Fillies.
It is alleged the three attacked Fillies in the early hours of 29 June.
Fillies died from his injuries in hospital the following day. The three were arrested the day Fillies died.
Braaff, Apdol and Mentoor are currently out on bail of R2 000 each.
They are expected to appear in court again on 27 May.
