MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Scanner issues were delaying voting for threw voters who came for the first time to vote in the national elections at the Dana Bay Community hall.
According to an IEC official the scanner was updated since the voters last registered their information.
"If this happens voters should just take their ID's to the presiding officer."
IEC says they have now resolved the issue.
