MOSSEL BAY NEWS - A specialist in narrative therapy, Dr Jo Viljoen, is presenting a workshop in Mossel Bay today, 25 May and tomorrow.
The workshop will deal with addiction and alcohol lifestyles. Dr Viljoen has had a lifelong dedication to healing, specialising in clinical psychiatric nursing.
The narrative approach to therapy captured her interest and led to a study that culminated in a PhD in Pastoral Narrative Therapy. She developed the narrative therapy addiction recovery programme for Clearview Clinic. The workshop will take place at the Mossel Bay Dutch Reformed Church today from 18:00 to 21:00 and continues tomorrow from 09:00 to 12:00.
