MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Do not miss the 2nd Mossel Bay virtual town hall meeting.
The meeting will be hosted online tomorrow, Tuesday 9 June at 16:00 with MEC Tertuis Simmers and Alderman Cliffie Bayman.
Simmers is currently serving as the Western Cape Provincial Minister of Human Settlements and a Member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament. He is a member of the Democratic Alliance.
The basic ground rules for the meeting will be outlined by the chair at the beginning of the meeting.
For this reason, we encourage everyone to connect or dial in ahead of time to ensure that everyone is connected when the meeting starts. If for any reason, you miss the beginning of the call, please take note of the following rules:
- Please immediately place your audio on mute and switch off video, when you join the call.
- There will be a hand icon visible next to your name in Zoom. Please click on this icon to register to the chair that you have a question/comment to raise. Please do not interrupt to say that you have a comment. The chair will announce your name when it is your turn in the queue to speak.
- When your hand has been noted for speaking please switch on your audio and video. Then switch off when done with your contribution.
