Die geskiedenis van die gebou by 10 Kerkstraat
Ou geboue is indrukwekkend en boonop interessant. Nie net omdat hulle die stille getuies van geskiedenis is nie, maar omdat ‘n mens se nuuskierigheid jou wil verstout om te wonder wat die mure sou sê, indien hulle kon praat. Kerkstraat 10, reeds etlike jare Rauch Gertenbach se permanente adres, staan ook beter as die ou Advertiser-gebou bekend. Dit is aangesien dit voorheen nie net ‘n drukkery nie, maar ook die tuiste van die plaaslike gemeenskapskoerant was.
