Hartland landgoed bied aan inwoners 'n unieke, veilige leefstyl met uitsigte oor die see aan die een kant en die Outeniqua berge aan die anderkant, knus geleë tussen die Hartenbos- en Kleinbrakriviere. Die Hartland landgoed wat oor 10 jaar ontwikkel word, is nou in die derde jaar met twee fases wat reeds uitverkoop is en nuwe fases wat uitgesit en ontwikkel word.
