Vermeende renosterstropers het die afgelope week daarin geslaag om deur 'n padblokkade in George te ry én om arrestasie ná 'n jaagtog in die Oos-Kaap te ontduik. 'n Onbekende getal verdagtes het boonop die renosterhoring, wat hulle vermoedelik deur die loop van die afgelope Dinsdagnag by die Botlierskop privaat wildreservaat naby Mosselbaai gestroop het, by die voertuig se ruit uitgegooi toe hulle deur 'n padblokkade in George tussen die Garden Route Mall en die Kraaibosch Sasol vulstasie gery het.
