According to The Citizen, Anderson, 28, now lies one off his career high ranking of 15 in the world he achieved earlier in the year. Kevin Tucker is the number two ranked South African way down at 371st in the singles rankings.
In the doubles, Raven Klaasen is South Africa’s top export at number 27. On the women’s side, Chani Scheepers moved down two spots to 116th in the WTA singles rankings. Chanel Simmonds is next best at 312th, dropping one place from the previous rankings.
Scheepers is also SA’s top doubles player at 213th, with Michelle Sammons at number 343.
