GARDEN ROUTE DISTRICT RUGBY NEWS - As part of South Western Districts Rugby's strategic aim to empower as many women as possible through its rugby programmes, 40 coaches completed the World Rugby Level 1 Coaching Course over the past weekend.
With the generous support of the SA Rugby Legends' Association, Eden District Sport Academy, ETA College (George) and the Department of Correctional Services (DCS) Mossel Bay, courses were held in Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn and George.
SWD Rugby thanks SA Rugby and all other stakeholders for their valuable contributions.
The course held at the DCS in Mossel Bay on Sunday, 21 March, was attended by 11 enthusiastic women coaches.
