MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Wally and Glenda Maritz, better known as Uncle Wall and Aunty G, have received certificates for their 20 years of dedicated service to NSRI Station 15, Mossel Bay.
The certificates were presented to them at the NSRI national annual AGM in Durban.
Wally and Glenda joined the Mossel Bay NSRI 20 years ago and served on several committees and on the management of the station.
Wally was also an active seagoing crew member until he was injured in a boat accident at the Trans Agulhas inflatable boat race one year.
He is the senior controller while Glenda takes care of the administration at the station.
Station 15 is proud to have the Maritz couple on board and wishes them plain sailing for the next 20 years.
