SOUTHERN CAPE NEWS - The outcome of the DA Western Cape East Regional Congress has just been established. 

Jaco Londt was voted as the regional chairperson for the East Region, for a second term, at the congress in Hartenbos. 

Londt and Eden Mayor, Memory  Booysen were the two candidates for the position.                        

Londt won with 67,3% (173 votes), while Booysen managed to secure 32,7%, in total 84 of the votes.
