MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Five people were injured in an accident in the George-bound lane on the N2 near Dana Bay this morning, Thursday 22 January.
The KwaNonqaba Police’s spokesperson, Warrant Officer Kappie Kapp, said: “The police responded to the scene at 07:30 and found other emergency personnel on the scene and the white GWM bakkie overturned, and several injured were receiving medical attention.”
Kapp said five people, all occupants of the bakkie, were hospitalised with minor injuries, and the police have opened docket for reckless and negligent driving.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.
