MOSSEL BAY NEWS - According to the Mossel Bay Municipality, there is no truth to a WhatsApp voice note regarding the unavailability of prepaid electricity. The voice note 'warns' residents that they cannot purchase prepaid electricity.

Mossel Bay Municipality's service provider, Utilities World, confirms and states emphatically that their facilities are available as usual for prepaid electricity.

Residents are asked to contact 044 606 5000 should they experience any difficulties in this regard.
