MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The son of murder victim Jonathan Malgas, and a co-accused remain in police custody until their next appearance in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on 11 April.
Malgas' son, 20-year-old Curtis de Bruin, and 18-year-old Kean October are accused of allegedly stabbing the 40-year-old in Johnson Street, Asla Park, in Mossel Bay on Wednesday night, 22 January.
Malgas was declared dead at the scene. De Bruin and October were arrested shortly after the incident and charged with murder.
They first appeared in the Mossel Bay Magistrate's Court on 27 January, and have appeared in court several times since. The matter was postponed to 11 April for further investigation.
