Update
MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The three men accused of the 2024 murder of Extension 13 resident, Chivago Fillies (31), are set to appear in the Mossel Bay Regional Court on 24 June for a possible plea and the setting of a trial date.
Fillies was attacked in the early hours of 29 June last year. He was beaten and hit over the head with a wooden pole.
He died in hospital the following day, 30 June.
The three accused, Jemandry Braaff (20), Ushere Apdol (19) and Aubrey Junior Nickleo Mentoor (19) were arrested the day of Fillies' death.
They are currently out on bail of R2 000 each.
