MOSSEL BAY NEWS & VIDEO - Despite showers bringing and end to Dias Festival activities last night, the flame of love seemed to have burnt bright.
A marriage proposal was made and during Charlize Bergh’s performance, a bride to be merrily dance with friends, celebrating her bachelorette.
Late night showers on Saturday caused festival organisers to cancel performances by Ricus Nel and Die Heuwels Fantasties for safety reasons. Die hard fans turned their chairs over to use as umbrellas, but as thunder and lightning ensued, it was deemed safer for everybody to rather go home.
The entertainment programme runs from 10:00-15:00 today.
