MOSSEL BAY NEWS - The Mossel Bay police regrets to inform the community and stakeholders that the Mossel Bay charge office and holding cells will be closed for at least 24 hours due to a Covid-19 infection of a member and isolation of shift members. 

Decontamination will follow and normal duties will possibly commence on Saturday, 1 August at 06:00. 

There will be a contact point at the back of the Mossel Bay detective's lecture room. The community is requested to make use of the following number in case of emergency: 044 606 2866. 

All other cases will be diverted to the Da Gamaskop police station in Mossel Street: 044 606 2200 as well as KwaNonqaba police at 044 606 5606 for assistance.

Any complaints can also be directed directly to the Mossel Bay sector vehicles at: 082 302 6670 sector 1 and 082 522 3278, sector 2. 

Permits for funerals or travelling over provincial borders will be issued by Da Gamaskop police.
