MOSSEL BAY BUSINESS NEWS - On Tuesday this week, 50 customers attending a launch at Mikeva Hyper learnt that the convenience of online shopping will now offer them so much more.

At the launch, Paul Reynolds, national sales manager of Masscash, was thrilled to say that the Mossel Bay event was the best attended on his nationwide tour.

Reynolds introduced the Masscash jumbo online ordering platform. Both customers and sales representatives can place their orders directly at their choice of 30 Masscash stores nationwide.

The online platform shows current price and current stock available.

It also allows an easy product search and you can save a basket to make your next online shopping experience easier. Products marked in red indicate those on promotion and the system updates every 15 minutes.

Account customers can also immediately see their credit available when logged on. Specific customer discounts are available on quotation.

You can either collect yourself or request delivery. Orders placed before 11:00 are delivered on the same day. If within a range of 30km, delivery is free.

Registration to shop online is easy and can be as quick as 15 minutes. Credit applications take three to four weeks. Payment options include EFT or cash payments. Delivery trucks will also offer card facilities for added payment convenience.

Weighted items are not available on line

Marius Prinsloo, perishables manager said that the butchery prepares and packages cuts to specification. Dicing of vegetables and fruit is also offered. Halaal products can be ordered on Mondays, with delivery on Thursdays and Fridays. Deliveries are done within a range of 650km.
