Feral cats at harbour a concern
Gerda Groenewald, manager of the Mossel Bay SPCA, has said in reply to a query on the feral cats at the harbour, that the SPCA is currently working at the harbour on a daily basis. "The feral cat issue is not unique to the harbour or even to Mossel Bay; it is a concern throughout the country," Groenewald noted.
