"It looks as if it has come towards the shore from further out in the ocean," he says. "It is such a bright orange, it is glowing."

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Marine photographer Johan Swanepoel has just sent these photographs to Mossel Bay Advertiser.

He says the orange "spillage" is in the sea below the St Blaize Trail in Mossel Bay.

"It looks as if it has come towards the shore from further out in the ocean," he says. "It is such a bright orange, it is glowing."
