Loukmaan Adams and the Take Note Band charmed the crowd on Friday, 28 April at the Bravo Lounge, Garden Route Casino. Their reggae-jazz fusion hits were the audience's. Adams really sang his heart out, working up a sweat and at one stage, a member of the audience rushed up and gave him a tissue, which he used to mop his face. His shirt was drenched. People got on to their feet and danced happily. The Take Note Band showed their skill, especially with the Doobie Brothers' Long Train Running and Paul Simon's You can call me Al.
