Dias Festival street parade
It was plain to see that the theme of the Dias Festival was “Where Cultures Meet” at the Street Parade on Saturday, 4 February. Goodness, it really was an “international potjie” to use executive mayor, Alderman Harry Levendal’s, term. Just about everybody jumped on the bandwagon with gusto. Private school, Curro Mossel Bay learners were prominent with their mascot.
