Mayor welcomes delegates to Dias Festival
Mossel Bay executive mayor, Alderman Harry Levendal, delighted everyone with his charm and humour at his welcoming function for delegates to the Dias Festival in his chambers on Friday, 3 February. He said his rooms felt like an "international potjie". Present were representatives from China, Portugal, Germany and Indonesia. Mossel Bay councillors chatted easily with the visitors and the atmosphere was warm and cheerful. The guests spilled out on to the mayor's large balcony which overlooks the bay and enjoyed the bright, sunny weather.
