Update: Councillors to meet with protest leaders
The municipality received a list of grievances and demands earlier today, among which are demands for the electrification of a specific informal area.

Update

MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Mossel Bay's municipal manager, the executive deputy mayor, councillor Dirk Kotzé and senior municipal directors and managers are currently attempting to meet with the leadership of the protesters. 

The municipality received a list of grievances and demands earlier today, among which are demands for the electrification of a specific informal area and demands for a specific piece of land for more housing.
