MOSSEL BAY NEWS - Mossel Bay and Eden District Municipality's firefighting crews will continue to monitor the fire perimeter at Friemersheim throughout the night.
The Mossel Bay municipality has confirmed that the fire has been contained on all flanks.
Firefighters are currently concentrating on the area where the back burn was implemented due to the high heat in the area.
Arrangements are being made for a shift change at the fire itself with staff that are at Mossel Bay fire station
