FMD expert who slammed government praises Western Cape’s response

Leading animal disease expert, Dr Danie Odendaal, who was very critical of government’s handling of the severe Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak in South Africa, says the Western Cape Government, under the leadership of Agricultural Minister Ivan Meyer, is doing a very good job fighting FMD in the province.
