Bheki Cele at Herold's Bay
Minister of Police, General Bheki Cele, is visiting beaches in the Southern Cape today, Wednesday 6 January to make sure everyone heeds the Covid-19 regulations. Leading a police management delegation, Cele’s first stop was at Herold’s Bay this morning.
